there is something so satisfying to know that what you do can help others. a few weeks ago myfriends and i organised 'branch out' a charity concert for the oaktree foundation. the money raised goes towards the education of children in cambodia, a resource that is severely lacking in their country. although it was stressful leading up to the event, the night ran so smoothly and it was just so beautiful to see everyone come together to support such a wonderful cause. i ran a little stall with my clothes and some other cute little items and it was quite successful, I had a swell time and it gave me an opportunity to show my stuff to the kids i spend all my time with.
